Refund policy

Our number one priority is for our customers to always be completely satisfied with their order.  If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving that item and we will ship a new one out, free of charge.  

If you are unsatisfied with an item in your order, please contact us immediately. While we don’t offer refunds, we will gladly credit your account for store credit for the amount of the item, minus taxes and shipping. You have 30 days from the day your order was received to contact us with any problems or concerns.
